ABOUT ME
I’m Hannah Baker.
Finding a therapist is personal. I want you to have a space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and talk openly about what’s happening in your life.

I work with teens and adults of all ages. My approach centers on building a strong therapeutic relationship, understanding what matters to you, and working together toward meaningful change.

My experience includes community mental health, supporting people with co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns, and helping individuals and families navigate the child welfare system.
Bachelor’s degree from Eckerd College, Master’s in Forensic Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, and Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University.
Feeling comfortable with your therapist matters. I make space for you to talk openly, ask questions, and share what’s important to you. We’ll take time to understand what brings you to counseling and what you hope to get from it.
A Collaborative Path Forward
We’ll work together to identify your strengths and develop ways to navigate the challenges you’re facing. Your goals will guide our work. When helpful, I’ll incorporate your interests, hobbies, and preferred ways of expressing yourself to make therapy more personal and engaging.
